Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Duties**:
- Ensuring customer information is thoroughly checked
- Transferring this information onto an accounts based software
- Answer telephone calls from both customers and suppliers. Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner, taking messages as required.
- Booking deliveries of finished goods into customer depots and supplier goods into our depot
**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in an administration role
2. Accuracy with good attention to detail
3. Good computer and keyboard skills
4. A good level of English spelling and grammar
5. Ability to work as part of a team
