We are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our Health and Safety team within our Aviation sector.

You will provide professional health and safety support, taking an active and visible role within the health and safety team via site attendance, site safety meetings and other opportunities as and when they arise. You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues and support your sector Health and Safety Manager. You will be at the forefront of promoting the company's accident and incident reduction programme, communicate the importance of safety reporting at all site locations through our smart health and safety reporting platform, you will conduct site health and safety Inspections and audits in accordance with the planned schedule and provide support where required to achieve a timely resolution of any findings.

- £35,000 per annum
- 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 each year of service.
- Working 5 days a week, 8:30 - 17:00

- Proven experience within the Health and Safety sector
- Basic IT Skills - Word & Excel
- NEBOSH Health & Safety Certification
- Able to travel regularly around the UK to our other sites
- Environmental Awareness

**Desirable**
- Membership of IOSH
- Recognised Environmental qualification
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Knowledge of working as an Airport Services provider
- Knowledge of supporting people with additional needs / moving and handling of persons
