Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Contracts Manager **to join the team.

Location: Bournemouth

**Salary**: £35-40K per annum

Job Type/Hours: Full Time

**About The Company**:
Our client is a leading national construction company, with a particular focus on structural construction and frameworks. They have been growing steadily over recent years and have a healthy pipeline for the next few years. As such, they are looking to bringon board a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for projects within their Midlands region.

**Contracts Manager - **The Role:
The Contracts Manager will oversee all projects within their region, managing a small team to deliver these projects in time and to budget. It will be the point of escalation for any issues, get involved in all contract negotiations, and ensure that thereis enough resource on each project. The role will manage the region's P&L and get involved in monthly updates to the directors.

**Contracts Manager - **Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Oversee all commercial activities within the Midlands region, including direct responsibility for all contract negotiations
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to on-site
- Chair and conduct internal Contract Team meetings and present on team performance

**Contracts Manager **- You:

- Strong track record of working within the construction space
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Min. 3 years’ experience working as a Contracts Manager
- Must hold a CSCS/SMSTS card
