**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Participate in ward rounds, clinics, theatres, and on-call duties as required.
- Assess, investigate, diagnose, and manage patients appropriately.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Contribute to teaching, audit, and clinical governance activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Participate in handovers and ensure continuity of patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Minimum ST3+ level or equivalent experience.
- Recent NHS experience (within the last 12 months preferred).
- Valid **ALS (Advanced Life Support)** certification (required).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working within the chosen specialty in a UK hospital setting.
- Additional life support qualifications (e.g., ATLS, PALS, NLS depending on specialty).
- Evidence of participation in clinical audit and teaching.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive hourly rate in line with NHS agency locum pay scales.
- Payment via umbrella company / PAYE (as agreed).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £56.49-£85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
