**Location**:Wylesfield Care Home - Lant Ave, Llandrindod Wells LD1 5EH

**Salary**: £12.82 per hour

**Hours**: 21 hour contract Days

**Shift Times**:7.45-15.15 and 14.45-22.15

Wylesfield is a purpose-built care home, designed to meet the specific needs of individuals living with Dementia. The home offers a homely and comfortable environment, with spacious single rooms, all with en-suite facilities. The home is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Wylesfield offers a range of facilities and activities designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing. These include a secure landscaped garden, a hairdressing salon, a cinema room, and a range of group and individual activities such as reminiscence therapy, music therapy and exercise classes.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
