Our Sourcing Team provides support to business activity through innovation and collaborating across national, regional, and global projects. Managing the complete supply chain and engaging in the Sourcing management process to achieve the best contractual conditions and optimum outcomes.

**As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Sourcing suppliers and technologies required for a 21st Century global and regional operation.
- Working in a collaborative manner with multi-cultural suppliers and situations within the region.
- Have ownership for Sourcing policies and procedures within the business.
- Supply chain and Relationship management at the cutting edge of supply chain innovation.
- Contributing to projects as a team member or leading projects.
- Running and managing Sourcing projects through Ariba involving contract discussion and negotiation.
- Commercial outcomes and results.
- Solving problems and providing sustainable solutions.
- Reporting.
- Owing the complete Source to Pay model.
- Contributing to KPI’s.
- Category Management.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Previous Sourcing or Category Management experience.
- Previous responsibility for large spend.
- Be able to work with Ariba and SAP fluently.
- Be able to manage a complex and diverse workload.
- Being capable of defining and improving sourcing strategies at business or plant level.
- Owning sourcing projects from start to implementation.
- To be an excellent communicator both internally and externally.
- Strong commercial contract and negotiation skills.
- Excellent data analysis capabilities and highly skilled in databases and desktop tools.
- Tertiary qualified, with excellent experience of procurement, sourcing, or category management. CIPS or other industry certification also beneficial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English.
