We’re looking for Supervisor (Shift leaders) to join our newest shop in the heart of London's West End - **Piccadilly Circus** This shop will be full of energy and vibe with a large regular customer base from the surrounding shops and locals. You will begin training with our existing skilled & passionate teams before helping to open the new shop This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their next step in their hospitality career.

**We’re looking for someone who can**:

- Support your Management team to drive the coffee shop’s performance and deliver amazing results, including in coffee quality & customer experience;
- Inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high;
- Work with the manager to develop your team. Through coaching & developing, you lead your team to be the best they can be.
- Confidently lead the cafe as if it were your own in the absence of your cafe manager.
