We're currently recruiting a driven Coffee Shop Supervisor to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Here's an idea of what your shift pattern will be: Mon: Full-time (Days) Tues: Full-time (Days) Weds: Full-time (Days) Thurs: Full-time (Days) Fri: Full-time (Days) Sat: Sun: Here's What You Need To Know Before Applying Your key responsibilities will include: Team leadership and training: Lead and mentor the barista team to ensure consistent quality and excellent service. Train new baristas on proper preparation techniques, customer service, and store policies. Coach and develop the team, conduct regular upskilling, and support their professional growth. Quality control. Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation techniques. Monitor and calibrate equipment and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with brand standards. Customer service: Provide an exceptional customer experience through engaging and friendly interactions. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly. Educate customers on coffee offerings to help them find and enjoy new beverages Managing queues and speed, quality of the service Operational management: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and minimize waste. Ensure accurate transactions are processed on kiosk and online app system. Contribute to scheduling and managing shift coverage. Leadership and brand representation: Serve as a role model for the team, embodying company values and passion for coffee. Actively work to improve the overall cafe experience through various means. Collaborate with management to evolve the coffee offering and guest experience.
