As a Senior Loss Adjustor you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading complex insurance claims, particularly within the energy and power sectors, including renewables. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a passionate, talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for some of the world’s largest and most demanding clients.

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead on major energy and power sector claims, including post-loss claims preparation, presentation, and project management for a diverse range of clients such as renewable energy developers, real estate funds, contractors, and FTSE 100 companies.
- Manage and deliver complex client engagements, ensuring effective expansion of the Claims Preparation services both in the UK and internationally.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions across insurance claims management, dispute resolution, and claims defensibility.
- Prepare and review detailed analysis, proposals, and technical reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the Claims Preparation practice within the UK and globally.

**What you need to have**:

- A strong background in insurance claims as a qualified loss adjuster, with experience managing complex and demanding claims for multinational clients.
- Proven project management skills in handling major material damage and financial loss claims.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally at short notice.
- Professional qualifications such as BEng, CEng, RICS, ACA, or equivalent.

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of energy and power sector claims, with a focus on renewables being a plus.
- A track record of developing new business opportunities and expanding client relationships in the claims management space.
