Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to join a nationally renowned Building Services Consultancy based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent office-based role, working 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday and offering up to £30K dependant on experience.

**The role**:
- Support with the day-to-day operations of the business
- Assist with office / facilities maintenance
- Act as the first point of contact for the office (answering phone calls and greeting visitors)
- Monitor Outlook dairies and organise meetings and travel for directors and employees
- Accurate formatting of documents
- Ensure internal portals are kept up to date with drawings and documents
- Support with the health and safety responsibilities within the company
- Ensure all insurance policies are kept up to date
- Design and implement office policies
- Provide support to the marketing team when required
**You**:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong administration and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Thrives on working under pressure with the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate level of Word and Excel (Knowledge of Vlookups and Pivot Tables would be advantageous)
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
