**Location**: Covering sites between Leeds, Wakefield & Hull
**Salary**: £28,900 + company vehicle

**About the Role**:
TC Facilities Management is seeking an **Area Supervisor** to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Leeds, Wakefield, and Hull area. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a dedicated team of operatives to ensure exceptional service delivery standards.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supervising and supporting a team of multi-service operatives to maintain high standards and meet audit requirements.
- Managing cleaning and waste operative duties across multiple sites.
- Completing decontamination cleans as required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with site contacts and customers.
- Overseeing and signing off necessary paperwork.
- Ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are available, operational, and used safely.
- Ensuring periodical cleaning tasks are completed to the required specification.
- Maintaining shift handover records and managing effective communication.
- Addressing first-stage HR and employee relations matters.
- Training, inducting, and supporting staff in their roles, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for service delivery.
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning or facilities management, is advantageous.
- A commitment to health, safety, and compliance.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region.
