Our client, a leading company in the Wakefield area, is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Inspector to join their team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects in Wakefield. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Electrical Projects**: Manage and supervise electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- ** Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- ** Resource Management**: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- ** Client Communication**: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular project updates.
- ** Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during projects, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and compliance records.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
- Electrical trade qualification and relevant certifications (2391 T&I, 18th edition etc)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
