Crowborough Beacon Golf Club is searching for a Clubhouse & Events Supervisor. The Clubhouse and Events Supervisor will play a lead role at the club ensuring both our members and visitors have a first-class experience

Some of the duties that we expect are;
- Ensure the daily bar and front of house operations run smoothly and to the expected standard
- Oversee the delivery of the Club’s events, including lunches, dinners, parties, wakes, etc. Ensuring team meetings are performed ahead of each function delegating the staff their appropriate roles. Taking the lead between the kitchen & FOH areas.
- Ensure that the bar is appropriately stocked
- Take a lead in raising and maintaining standards of performance across all areas of the clubhouse operation

The club has a traditional dining room, a busy bar and lounge and an outside terrace with some of the best views in Sussex. We offer a full bar and catering service to members and guests seven days a week with evening and weekend functions.

This is a casual position with varying hours
