To assist in providing a comprehensive, high quality and efficient administrative service to the safeguarding team.

Good standard of education at ‘A’ level or City and Guilds or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3.

Previous experience within an office/administration environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Experience in the maintenance of spreadsheets/databases.

Experience of maintaining robust filing systems (paper and electronic).

Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality, data protection.

Experience of formal minute taking.

Excellent telephone manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to use own initiative when working alone.
