We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent IT skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be confident using systems such as Microsoft Office and willing to learn school-specific platforms like CPOMS, SIMs, and Provision Map. The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including parents, staff, and external agencies, is essential. You’ll need to be discreet, professional, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
