We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative with experience in fire doors and fire safety installations with a basic skill set of other trades such as void refurbishment, painting and decorating and plumbing.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a passionate Multi Skilled Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs / voids team environment. Reporting individual job actions from site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and high satisfaction levels as well.

**What you need to have?**

Can you demonstrate that you have;
- **Carpentry & Joinery experience**:

- Additional multi skills including joinery, bricklaying, tiling & glazing, plastering, and decorating
- A trade relevant qualification or a background in 3 or more trades
- Good written & verbal communication skills. Numeracy skills. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to use a PDA following training.
- Full and current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrates company values e.g. customer first.
- Due to the nature of this work you will be required to participate in the out of hours call out service.
