We are seeking an experienced, technically minded Administrator to provide timely, well organised administrative support the private sector team.

The role will involve maintaining and updating data and records and supporting the team to ensure compliance and targets are consistently maintained.

**As the Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing technical administration assistance
- Creating reports as requested by customers and managers
- Acting as a point of contact for all enquiries and escalations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure contract delivery
- Streamline administrative operations
- Completing associated administration needed to close completed jobs
- To attend, take minutes and action lists at meetings when required
- Maintaining and managing customer relationships
