**Role: Business Development Manager**

**Location: Homebased with client visits**

**Salary: Competitive DOE + car allowance + bonus**

**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive engagement with potential customers and convert enquiries to sales
- Grow business from existing customers where there is scope so to do
- Be the customer facing voice & representative with senior management
- Be proactive in key markets and constantly on the lookout for new business
- Own and manage the CRM system for all B2B clients
- Establish and maintain a programme of contact with prospects, customers, and new leads to create a sustainable long-term flow of new revenue to the company
- Become fluent in presenting and demonstrating the company?s products and service
- Establish sales budgets, revenue & cost, and perform within these targets
- Input thoughts and ideas to the company commercial strategy and integrate fully as a member of the senior team

**Skills and experience required**:

- A track record in selling energy services or technology-based products
- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree level or above preferred but not essential
- Personable, inclusive, very pro-active, curious, result driven and fluent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Above average analytical skills and blessed with common sense
