Apprenticeship Skills Coach - Office Based - Ipswich
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing national training provider based in the east of England. They are looking for an Apprenticeship Tutor / Skills Coach specialising in the delivery of Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor, Business Administrationand Customer Service qualifications. You will be delivering to a range of learners from organisations across multiple sectors. They have become the provider of choice for a growing list of clients and are looking for talented individuals to join their team.
The role will involve supporting delegates who are working towards their qualifications and it would suit someone that has a passion for coaching and helping people become better managers. You will be helping to develop engaging, resourceful and inspiring managerswho make the workplace enjoyable for the people that they lead and manage.
The package on offer for Apprenticeship Tutor / Skills Coach:
- Basic salary of £24000 - £26000
- Private Healthcare

Skills and experience required for the position of Apprenticeship Tutor / Skills Coach:
- Vocational Experience within a Team Leader, Shift Manager or Supervisor role.
- Experience of coaching and delivering Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor, Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeships through to End Point Assessment.
- Experience and knowledge of Functional Skills.
- Knowledge and Experience of using online platforms (TEAMS, Zoom, etc)
- A flexible working style that will involve national travel.
- The ability to actively promote safeguarding and the welfare of learners.
Qualifications required for Apprenticeship Tutor / Skills Coach:
- Ideally hold a recognised assessor or teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Qualification at Level 3 or above in Management
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
The position of Apprenticeship Tutor / Skills Coach is an office based role with core hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and will also include so occasional UK travel. Own transport may also be required for client visits as required.
