You will need proven experience and expert knowledge of Apprenticeship provision with inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to build and develop highly effective and sustainable relationships with employers and external stakeholders.As our Apprenticeship Manager you will:be responsible for the overarching operational management of Apprenticeshipslead on the management of the quality of the provision including co-ordinating and tracking centrallysecure outcomes in line with Key Performance Indicatorsmanage communication both externally with employers and internally across curriculum and other relevant college teamsmanage Trainers and Progress Coaches aligned to a range of Standards linked to the focus of the job remitlead on best practice via streamlining and refining apprenticeship systems and processes including Smart Assessor Pro-Monitor and Google.About usSuffolk New College is based in Ipswich the county town of Suffolk near the thriving waterfront and town centre. The college also has the Suffolk Rural Campus at Otley and the On the Coast provision with centres in Halesworth and Leiston.
