FP&A Analyst | North Manchester | £45,000 - £50,000 | PE Backed
Axon Moore are exclusively working with a PE backed market leading service provider who are looking to add an FP&A Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
This is a key hire where you’ll be expected to understand key drivers impacting performance in order to explain monthly results and support the long term growth of the business through forecasting, planning and continued improvement in financial modelling andprocesses.
- Provide financial guidance and support to wider Group finance team
- Support operational delivery, planning and troubleshooting of problem contracts, alongside key operational stakeholders from a central Group perspective
- Provide support and challenge Business Partners and Management Accountants
- Develop processes to aid culture of continuous cash improvement
- Development of BI to provide insight ensuring control and effective decision-making
- Preparation of analytical Group financial reports to be presented to internal and external stakeholders
- Consolidation of budgets and forecasts to meet the needs of the business
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results
- Create financial models to project long term growth & determine the impacting business factors
- Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
- Cash flow forecasting - ability to enhance and develop existing models and provide deeper understanding
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with an ability to challenge
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
