Ashfield Engage is delighted to be partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of the highest quality aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices for the management of respiratory conditions. This is an opportunity for a new to industry professionalto work in an energetic and fast paced environment. Whereby, utilising digital technologies to arrange and book appointments with healthcare professionals on behalf of medical representatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
- Work in partnership with field teams to maximise coverage
- Input and update accurate CRM activity
- Achieve call parameters and targets set by Ashfield and the client
- Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies
- Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
- Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company
- Adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOP's
- Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
- To contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within
**Essential Skills**:
- Degree level education (or equivalent)
- Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve any requirements of the role
- To build rapport quickly and the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client
- Working knowledge of the NHS environment
- Demonstrated ability to:
- be self-motivated
- plan and organise time effectively
- achieve sales success
- Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities
