**Job Objectives**:
We are seeking Food & Beverage team members to join the Harrison Spinks Events team. You will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role, to ensure service delivery at every point in the Food and Beverage Department. As a Food & Beverage professional you will use your eye for quality to provide the highest level of hospitality.

**Main Duties**

Handling cash and card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate, balancing the POS.
Maintaining a clean work and dining area by, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Ensure our high standards are delivered and maintained at all times.
Provide our guests with the warmest hospitality, ensuring repeat business.
Have a great food and drink menu knowledge and able to up sell to customers also recommend drink parings.
Prepare tables for service making sure they match up to the days bookings
Inform customers about the day’s specials
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders
Deliver dishes to the restaurant from the kitchen in a timely manner.
keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
