We are seeking to appoint a flexible and committed caretaker to join our team. Duties will include caretaking, site security, minor repair works to the whole site, monitoring contracts and contractors and planned maintenance.

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm who can relate well with staff, students and contractors.

You will be able to work independently and be self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills and a commitment to high standards.
