Quantity Surveyor

A small, national multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy has a high demand for an enthusiastic, ambitious Quantity Surveyor due to a continuous stream of work coming into the Leeds office.
**The Quantity Surveyor Role**
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Director of the Leeds office delivering an array of work including several health schemes, a mix of education projects, and a varied portfolio of residential developments.
As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, the new Quantity Surveyor will get the chance to either undertake a full Quantity Surveying role or diversify into project management or employer's agent.
The role comes with fantastic opportunity for progression and development and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager to step into a senior management role with the right guidance.
**The Quantity Surveyor**
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Basic pre and post contract experience
- 12+ months experience in a Construction Consultancy
- MRICS or committed to achieving
