A leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Leeds is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.
**The Quantity Surveyor Role**
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an office of 20 working with an incredibly high quality and diverse client base both regionally and nationally.
Working within a fast-growing Property & Construction consultancy, the company have an impressive pipeline of projects including Retail, Leisure, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid progression and professional development within a flexible and modern company.
The new Quantity Surveyor will be working closely alongside seasoned professionals and members of senior management with the chance to manage projects independently, increase your industry knowledge and complete your APC if needed.
**The Quantity Surveyor**
- Experience working with a Construction Consultancy / PQS firm
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or eager to complete APC
- Retail sector experience is ideal but not crucial
**In Return?**
- £35,000 - £45,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
