**Logistics People are currently looking for a Driving Operations Coordinator to join our team.**

**Location**: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET

**Working Hours**: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 - 17:30 Shifts Available

**Pay Rate**: £30,100 P/a

**As a Driving Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Managing a fleet of drivers
- Updating all drivers' working patterns on the rota, including new and current drivers
- Handling drivers' shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
- Coordinating daily with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Addressing any issues or complaints from drivers and depots
- Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and drivers
- Recording and maintaining all driver records, ensuring legal compliance and addressing driver infringements
- Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
