Join Our Team as a Family intervention Worker Are you passionate about making a positive impact on families? We're hiring dedicated Family Intervention Workers to join our team Families First is a leading pioneer for advocacy for parents, and improving outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities: - Work directly in clients' homes and within the community. - Collaborate effectively with professionals and the local authority. - Act as an advocate for parents when required, ensuring their voices are heard. - Support parents and families with a focus on enhancing parenting skills. - Deliver services aimed at increasing safety of their children and well-being. - Address specific areas of need and reduce potential risks. - Provide practical support to families navigating challenges. - Assist in accessing essential services for holistic family support.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
