**Senior Negotiator/Valuer - Estate Agent**

We are seeking an experienced **Estate Agency Senior Negotiator/Valuer** to join a smart “boutique” independent company whose dedication and commitment to its people has helped it become a market leader in the property sector.

You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process, have experience in listings and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensiveunderstanding of what great customer service means. Good local knowledge of the Beckenham area would be helpful.

**The skills required for this Senior Negotiator/Valuer role will include**:

- 1 year's minimum experience in Residential Property Sales
- Valuation experience
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Beckenham area helpful
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Full UK Driving License essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
