- We’re looking for detail-oriented and professional Admin and Customer Service Officers to support site operations across multiple locations in Australia.
- Based at RAAF Edinburgh in Edinburgh, you’ll be the first point of contact for Defence stakeholders and a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities.

How you’ll make the right impact
- As an Admin and Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both operational teams and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Provide frontline customer service to Defence stakeholders and internal teams.- Accurately maintain documentation, records, and data entry across relevant systems.- Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities.- Respond to enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.- Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, meeting packs, and KPI tracking inputs.- Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new personnel.- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- What you’ll bring
- We’re looking for motivated individuals who bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support.- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or Defence-related environments (preferred).- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields will be highly regarded.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/WMS platforms.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent organisational and time management ability.- High attention to detail and a customer service mindset.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to make the grade- Be an Australian Citizen.- Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance.- Be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history, medical, and other background assessments.
