Job description:
Lettings office administrator will be responsible to Office Manager for all the matters in relations with dealings with current tenant, landlords, contractors, and applicants. Through representing highest standard of working ethos, he/she will support the Move Housing’s vision, mission and strategic objectives. You will work with Management to identify and exploit new opportunities for the Company and show initiative to find new solutions for solving day to day problems.
**Working Hours are Monday -Friday 9 am to 5 pm with 30 minutes break, every other Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.**
**There is emergency phone duty involved, once in 6-7 weeks, you will be required to answer it for a week after work ONLY in case of emergency.**
Key Responsibilities:
2. All aspects of the let from advertising to move out process: advising clients about the letting process, setting up viewings, selecting responsible, reliable tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and inventories, reporting maintenance issues and helping to solve them, informing tenants about inspections or other tenancy related matters, checking rent payments, collecting rents, giving out the keys to contractors, making sure the properties have all documentation needed ( various certificates), printing out invoices from contractors.
3. Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
4. Constantly improving effectiveness of work based on self education.
5. Preparing and presenting statements of work carried out and outcomes to management on a weekly basis.
6. Review and develop the office service, manage change, achieve continuous improvement, maintain agreed performance targets and to meet the requirements.

2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of foreign language welcomed.

5.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6.Team work.
7. Experience in Property Management not essential as full training will be given.
