**Your role**:

- To maintain the cleanliness of our preparation kitchen environment - walls, floors, stores, fridges, ovens, grills, sinks etc via daily and deep cleaning schedules
- Ensure that all necessary dishes and equipment are clean and available throughout the shift
- Taking in and putting away deliveries
- Taking out bins
- Keeping fridges and stores clean and tidy
- Some basic food preparation may be required

**About you**:
This role is suitable for entry level employment or for someone with experience in a similar role. Training will be provided. You will be willing to work efficiently as part of a team and to a high standard. Preferably, you will live locally to the Saltcoats area or be able to travel.

**What to expect**:

- Minimum 16 hours per week worked over 2 days (Monday & Friday)
- Paid overtime
- 50% off meals purchased
- Flexible working

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean dishes, kitchen utensils, and kitchen surfaces.
- Clean the kitchen floor.
- Clean the sinks, countertops and backsplash areas.
- Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwasher.
- Clean the dish machine and line it with clean dishes.
- Stow dirty dishes in the dishwasher to be washed later.
- Remove trash from dining areas as needed.
- Clean floors, walls, and equipment with required cleaning agents.
- Mop floors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.20-£9.50 per hour
