This position will work in the kitchen alongside the Catering Team Leader, routine duties will include:

- Food Preparation
- Cooking to fufuil customer orders
- Maintain daily/weekly & monthly Cooksafe paperwork
- Knowledge of HACCP House Rules & Food Hygiene requirements
- Follow through on the cleaning schedules
- Excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation
- An all round can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and enjoy interacting with the customers.
