Alexander Daniels are excited to be recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a growing manufacturing brand name based in Wednesbury on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the collectionof customer debt across a mixed profile of up to 200 customers (c£5m ledger).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and continually promote the Company values and reputation
- Reconciliation of invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery
- Evaluate new credit requests, check credit ratings with insurers and other credit agencies, determining whether to allow credit to a debtor and advise on credit limits.
- Manage the recovery of debt in line with the Credit Control policy liaising with external legal support and the companies Credit Insurance provider.
