**We are thrilled to be seeking our latest receptionist to support our Front of House team within our 5 Star Luxury sister brand Underscar**

Underscar, part of the Sykes Cottages family is now looking for a full time Receptionist, working over 5 days a week to include both day and weekend shifts.
**Underscar includes a beautiful health spa, bistro and twenty-five luxury time ownership properties.**

We are looking for those who can share in our vision
**As our latest Receptionist, we are looking for someone who can support with the following**
- Provide a five-star level of customer care when dealing with clients and guests
- Actively promote the spa and salon
- Make bookings for clients over the phone and face to face
- Ensure client confidentiality
- Opening and closing up of the reception desk
- Taking Payments/operating the POS (point of sale) terminal
- Undertake any reasonable additional tasks or duties as directed by The Manager or Senior Team.

- Ability to work with a small team, clearly communicating any issues with your colleagues verbally or through handover diaries
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible attitude to work, and working hours
- Willingness to learn and be available to attend product training course

Desirable Experience:

- Experience of working in a spa environment
- familiar with booking software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,144.20 per year
