Ash Packing Supervisor

Location: Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire Border

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ash Packing Supervisor to join our Individual Cremations team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the cremation activities within our Company. You will oversee the daily operations of the busy Ash Packing department, managing a small team responsible for ash presentation. Key responsibilities include monthly reporting, coordinating the packing of pet ashes into chosen vessels for delivery, and maintaining a meticulous and compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the Ash Packing team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Ensure accurate and professional presentation of ashes in accordance with client requests.
- Complete and submit monthly departmental reports.
- Maintain high standards of care, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in line management.
- Strong attention to detail, presentation skills, and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude and a sense of humour.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including neat and legible handwriting.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.

This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend flexibility as required.

Pay: £25,350.00 per year
