CB Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sports and Leisure Assistant on behalf of our client based in Stoke on Trent, an enhanced DBS is required for this role.

**Hours of Work**

£9.68ph

22hrs per week, covering 7 days, Rota is provided 1 month in advance.

**Role/Responsibilities**- Contribute to the improvement and effective operation of all services offered at Northwood Stadium including Sports hall activities, outdoor football, fitness activities and the Athletics facilities.- To monitor the activity areas to ensure safe use is adhered to at all times.- Contribute to the development of an excellent customer service environment, including being alert to the needs of visitors to the facility, to monitor and moderate their behaviours, and achieve timely resolution to customer issues.- To support the taking of and control of bookings.- To undertake reception and cash collection duties as required.- To assemble and dismantle equipment.- To contribute to the cleaning of all internal and external areas as required.- To administer basic first aid to members of the public.- To clean and re-stock vending machines.- To carry out minor maintenance.- To compile simple reports such as accident reports.- To follow basic procedures such as lost property and risk assessments, etc.- To undertake any other general duties appropriate to the post.

**Qualifications**
- Btec Level 3 in Sports or equivalent
- First Aid at Work
- Safegurading
- Enhanced DBS
