Fold Hill Food Ltd are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the Mill, Warehouse and raw material intake areas, ensuring optimal use of resources and personnel to meet the needs of the business.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team’s holidays and ensuring the team’s training needs are covered.

The Supervisor will manage the operations of the Mill, Warehouse and Raw Materials roles ensuring capacity issues are resolved. Identify any potential issues in advance and make recommendations before they become an issue along with identifying any warehouse improvements required.

The role is mainly day shift (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm) but requires some flexibility in the working time depending upon the workload in the area (this could include working the three-shift pattern for cover when necessary).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.65 per hour
