I’m in need of a Front of House staff member - someone friendly, capable, practical, patient, bright, resourceful, calm, confident - and so on I need someone who wants to work hard, who is loyal and who genuinely enjoys the vibrant, busy people-facing job that we do. Any experience in the obvious skills would be useful: (in no particular order) cellar management, running a busy pass, wine knowledge, beer knowledge, food knowledge, general knowledge (?), diary management, how to plunge a urinal (a necessary evil of working in such a lovely old building), site security, the ability to follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures, effectively coordinate kitchen and front of house teams, put notes in the till the right way up, recognise the importance of polishing crockery and emptying ashtrays and wiping tables and above all smiling

As an independent company we run a close team of splendid staff who are central to our success and consequently we value them hugely.

This is a full-time permanent position. Looking for two

**Salary**: £9.00-£14.00 per hour
