We are looking to grow our team with committed people to both train and technically support the council of reserve forces and cadets’ association (CRFCA) for our customers across the region. You will be working within a shared service which gives you the opportunity to support other accounts where required.
**Your experience**
The DJSC are looking for an established trainer to support the training of our customers. You need to be confident in delivering training, have a good level of technical understanding and be willing to support the team by answering incoming calls. We expect the trainer to be able to work proactively and utilize whitespace by supporting incoming calls, working on new training documents.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited too)**:
- Induction training for all Users.
- Provide End User training of systems and devices, excluding Symphony.
- Training the customer base on the below technologies:
- Microsoft 2016 software including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Autocad & Autocad Light
- Local Access Database Applications
- Acrobat Reader
- MS Project
- Colligo
- Specific apps used on the customer system
- Updating documents and creating work instructions
- Supporting 2nd line by taking calls and resolving calls where possible
**Mandatory technical skills**:
- Raising/supporting technical escalations from the customer through the use of the service desk to ultimate resolution from a 1st and 2nd line perspective, escalating to 3rd line when applicable.
- The individual should also be able to work independently to fault find/manage their workload
- Resolving incidents in a polite and timely manner against challenging KPIs/SLAs
- Drive service improvements to their colleagues and customers alike.

**Beneficial technical skills**:
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management
- Windows platforms, primarily Windows 10, Server 2016 & Server 2019
- Microsoft Group Policies
- Microsoft Office 2016
- VMware desktop and server solutions
- Base understanding of Systems Centre components
- Anti-Virus management and reporting
