The Knowledge Academy are looking for individuals with strong communication and organisational skills to join us as part of our Events team. You will be responsible for scheduling the training sessions that we deliver worldwide regarding trainer and venue selection. We have a strong emphasis on quality, and this will be a major part of the role to ensure we are delivering the highest quality sessions possible for all our clients. You will also be liaising with other departments within the business to ensure the training runs smoothly and assisting with any extra requirements our clients may have.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will take ownership for and be in control for researching and executing an annual calendar of events.
- Ensuring Quality on all events
- Gathering Feedback from new and existing clients and improving.
- Define a weekly calendar of events including costings and targets for determining ROI.
- Keeping systems up to date
- Liaising with departments regarding specific requirements/requests from existing/new clients
- Delivery and organisation of agreed budget, tracking ROI and recognising opportunities to make our resources work harder
