You will play an active role in contributing towards the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the branch account, underwriting Commercial business & building strong relationships with both internal & external customers.

- To build and develop successful Broker relationships

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in underwriting is preferred
- Passionate about your own development
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
- Good Numerical and verbal reasoning skills
- Excellent verbal influencing and trading skills
- An understanding of the general insurance market
