**Salary**:£20,972 - £22,636 (pro rata) per annum

**General Description**:FearLess delivers services across the Southwest for victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse and victims of sexual violence. We provide responsive, victim focused, and trauma informed support and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders, and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
The aim of the Interpersonal Trauma Service is to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of people who have been exposed to trauma arising from sexual violence and abuse and/or domestic abuse.
Following a successful trial in several surgeries, this service is now being rolled out across Devon, Plymouth, and
Torbay. So, this is a very exciting opportunity to take ownership and be part of an innovative new service, delivering real improvements to the local community.
You will provide support to the team who work across a specified number of GP practices, as they offer support to health professionals working in practices, people who have experience of interpersonal trauma arising from sexual

violence and abuse and/or domestic abuse, as well as a service for people at risk of perpetrating abuse.
**Main duties include**:
- Receiving and processing referrals.
- Input all relevant data onto and maintain the database.
- Create newsletters and promotional materials.
- Work effectively with the wider staff team carrying out support tasks as directed such as sourcing and printing resources.
**Main Responsibilities and Tasks**
- To provide a responsive support service with a high quality of customer care, in line with the agreed values and aims of the service.
- Input new referral information onto the database and provide administrative support to the team.
- Allocate all referrals to the appropriate staff member.
- Liaise with other professionals as instructed by the team manager.
- Refer on to the team manager any safeguarding concerns, whilst adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Support the team with administrative tasks/duties such as scanning documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Taking minutes and collation of stats and data.
- Create content for promotional material and newsletters.
**General**
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Update written and computerised records with accurate and clear information.
- Contribute to effective team working with a flexible and pro-active approach.
- Attend line management and clinical supervision.
- Undertake agreed training.
**Responsibilities**
- The post holder will deal with highly confidential and sensitive information relating to vulnerable people and children.
- Ensure security of data, especially sensitive personal data, in line with the information security policy.
- Work within FearLess Policies and Procedures at all times

- Responsible for security of client information while out of office.
- Employees have responsibilities in respect of health and safety. In particular they will: o Co-operate at all times with management in the implementation of and adherence to health and safety policy and procedures; o Take reasonable care for their own safety and for the safety of others who may foreseeably be affected by their actions at work. o Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for the purpose of health and safety at work; o Report all health and safety concerns to line managers;
