**Location**:The Lansdowne Hotel, Eastbourne

**Contract**: Part-time, 24 hours per week

**Hourly Rate**: £13.22 per hour

**Working Days**: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

**Shifts**: 8:00am -2:30pm & 9:00 am -15:00pm

The Lansdowne Hotel is a family-owned 4-star property located on Eastbourne’s seafront, offering 98 bedrooms with stunning sea views. We take pride in maintaining high housekeeping standards and delivering excellent service to our guests.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard. During quieter seasons, particularly in winter, your hours may involve direct cleaning responsibilities based on staffing levels and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team in their daily duties.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Assist in cleaning rooms when required, especially during peak periods.
- Conduct room checks to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Help manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Train new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Work flexibly to meet business demands, including weekends.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in housekeeping or supervisory level in hospitality.
- A keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and busy periods.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
