To provide assistance to the Materials Management Team in the provision of an effective and efficient goods receipt and despatch department. Provide a management information service and produce management reports as required.

Update and record all relevant stats for submission on a daily basis

To keep a record of returns and credits for all returns to suppliers.

Ordering using our in house systems for Bexhill storerooms and all Materials Management supplied areas to include Housekeeping supplies.

Supporting Goods Inwards and Housekeeping on a regular basis.

Weekly travel to the Bexhill Hospital to provide the Materials Management service and stock control.

Review and update work practices and outputs. Ordering and put away of Materials Management areas including EP, lenses and Bexhill site. Receipting of Goods.

To provide support to the Materials Management teams.

To organise collection and delivery of supplies. Ensure credits are received by the trust against all returned items

Assist in all other aspects of the Materials Management department as detailed by the Materials Manager / Supervisor

Use of EDC Gold specialist system for the input and output consigned goods
