This is a key role for the business and requires an experienced, self-sufficient and driven Sales Manager. The role involves juggling multiple accounts and prospects across the UK and Europe. This is a role requiring direct customer contact and occasional travelacross Europe, the role will require a very experienced sales manager who can deal with high end clientele and win new business for the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver customer centric service and products from the three product channels within the business
*Responsibility for all sales activity in the UK, Ireland, Australia, India, and South Africa.
*To work closely with the rest of the senior management team to deliver all commercial targets set by the company
*Responsibility for the sales team and all associated business development activity based in the UK facility
*To assist in building a strategy which prepares the company for the required growth of business to meet the targets set.
*Visit and build close relationships with key accounts and target high levels of growth in those who require the bespoke solutions that the business can offer.
*Manage the internal sales team to maximise their impact on revenue and profit for the company. Ensuring all customer contact is to the highest standard and synonymous with the brand and values
*Work closely with the UK and global R&D teams to cultivate a successful 'design thinking' approach to new product introduction and existing product developments.
*Strengthen inter-company sales by ensuring all other sales managers are fully informed of the product and service offering, allowing confidence to maximise prospecting new and existing sales
*Work closely with the Group Head of Global Sales to strategize the most effective ways of providing high impact to sales lines and customer acquisitions on a global platform
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*A team player both with the sales team and across the business.

*Experience working as a Sales Manager within the manufacturing industry
*Customer centric with a drive to find new customers and opportunities.
*Tenacious and results focused individual who thrives on challenges.
*Sales focused with a natural commercial acumen.
*Excellent communication skills with external and internal stakeholders up to executive level.
*Experience of working with and developing a team in a challenging environment.
*A proven history of selling technical solution-based products.
*Experience of working with a fully integrated business system inclusive of CRM would be advantageous
