Delaware North UK is hiring for a **Food & Beverage Controller** to join our **Emirates Stadium team. **Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality at sporting venues, national parks, airports, and casinos in North America, the UK and Australia. **A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Controller**
- Manage and control of the entire stock logistics operation within the venue.
- Manage the day-to-day ordering, receiving and distribution of stock from external contractors and suppliers within the venue.
- Be accountable for all stocktaking and auditing of food & beverage stock across the venue.
- To produce food & beverage stock forecasts in line with the venue business trading requirements.
- Ensure there are sufficient food & beverage stock levels to trade successfully daily based on forecast across the venue.
- Work closely with the venue senior team and General Manager to manage food wastage effectively.
- Monitor supplier performance via agreed KPI’s and feedback to central procurement.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a high volume logístically challenging environment.
- Evidence of strong people management skills and leadership qualities with strong communication and written skills.
- Advanced IT and accounting skills with experience in purchasing systems.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
- Team leadership, training, and delegation skills.
- Knowledge and experience with manual handling.

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year
