**From Parent to Classroom: Flexible SEND TA - Part‑Time, September Start**

**Summary**

**The Role**
You will support pupils with special educational needs—working one‑to‑one and in small groups to implement individual education plans (IEPs), assist with literacy and numeracy tasks, encourage social and emotional development, and promote independence in the classroom.

They are looking for someone with genuine passion and empathy for pupils with additional needs. Experience in school, care, social services, or support work is welcome, as transferable skills in patience, communication, and teamwork are perfect for the classroom.

**The School**
The school has a strong ethos of inclusion and is committed to supporting learners with a wide range of needs, including ASC and anxiety. Staff work collaboratively with the SENCO to ensure pupils progress academically and socially in a calm, nurturing environment uk.

**Hours**
Monday to Friday, term‑time only, from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm. You can choose part‑time hours to fit parental responsibilities.
