Our Head Office is in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Most of our team do work from there, but we do offer flexibility to work from home.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking individuals who like the idea of working within a role which helps people to secure their ideal new position, whilst assisting employers to hire exceptional talent.

If you have a background in medical sales or a similar role and perhaps fancy a change in direction whilst still using your skills and experience then please do apply. Applications with recruitment, telephone sales or account management experience wouldalso be of great interest to us.

If you naturally have a friendly and professional manner, the ability to plan and prioritise your workload, great attention to detail and the desire to do well at whatever you do, then you’ll fit in well

We do require applicants to be within commutable distance to our Head Office to make the most of the working environment and team culture.

**A taster of the day to day responsibilities**:

- Speaking and consulting with job seekers to identify what sort of roles they’re looking to secure and then informing them about appropriate opportunities.
- Speaking with hiring managers to see how we can help to assist them to hire the best talent for their team.
- Working towards and exceeding targets set by the business and to drive the generation of revenue.
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of client companies.
- Delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment database.
- Maintaining great business relationships with all external customers.
- Learning and developing knowledge and expertise of the market sector.
