**Garden Room Restaurant Supervisor**:

The George of Stamford is seeking an outstanding **Restaurant Supervisor** to join the team in our **Garden Room Restaurant** - a bustling restaurant and a picturesque courtyard. Open daily from **7am to 11pm**, we serve breakfast, morning coffee, afternoon tea and our extensive Garden Room Menu all day, with a focus on refined service, exceptional food, and a relaxed yet polished atmosphere.

This role requires a confident individual with **excellent waiting skills**, a **keen eye for detail**, and the **ability to run a station** smoothly. You’ll lead by example, maintaining our **very high standards** and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

**What you'll do**:

- Supervise and support the daily operation of the Garden Room
- Deliver seamless, professional service at your station and across the floor
- Mentor junior staff and uphold our training standards
- Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
- Contribute to an uplifting and respectful team culture

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
